Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of all data Nextgen Automation holds about you or your WhatsApp Business account.

How to request deletion

• Email support@nextgenautomation.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Include your account email and the WhatsApp phone number(s) connected.

Removing Facebook / Meta access

• Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Nextgen Automation and click Remove.
• Or in Meta Business Suite → Settings → Integrations, remove our app from your WhatsApp Business Account.

What gets deleted

Access tokens, connected account IDs, messages, media and contact data are permanently deleted within 30 days. We will confirm by email once complete.
