The service
We provide software to connect WhatsApp Business numbers via Meta's official Embedded Signup and to manage messages from a central inbox.
Access
Nextgen Automation provides lifetime platform access without a subscription. Meta messaging charges remain your responsibility, and account suspension policies still apply.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta Platform Terms.
- Only message people who have given you permission; no spam or prohibited content.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for Meta conversation charges on your WhatsApp Business Account.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta policies.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for message delivery failures or restrictions applied by Meta.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
