Nextgen Automation ("we", "us") provides a dashboard that lets businesses connect and manage multiple WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and Embedded Signup.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, business name.
- WhatsApp Business data authorized via Meta Embedded Signup: WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display phone number and access tokens.
- Message content, media, contact phone numbers and delivery statuses sent or received through connected numbers.
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type and usage timestamps.
How we use information
- To send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf and show them in your inbox.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and Meta Platform Terms.
We do not sell personal data and do not use message content for advertising.
Sharing
Data is shared only with Meta Platforms (to deliver messages) and infrastructure providers that host our service, under confidentiality obligations.
Retention and security
Data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or account closure. Access tokens are restricted to server-side operations and cannot be read by customers. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
